We are so lucky to live in Hawke's Bay, New Zealand's capital for wine. We have the joy of gifting the experience of our spectacular wineries. This month's blog is on Askerne Estate Winery and how we find it difficult not to find the time to visit this incredible place.

Askerne is a boutique family-owned single-estate winery that is situated in the wine-growing region of Havelock North. It has the most comfortable and welcoming atmosphere, with staff so friendly and approachable. What makes it stand out is the quality of the wine.

Time and time again my guests have commented on the quality of the wine and experience. Almost every one of our guests purchases multiple bottles as well! Our favourite at Houdini Wine Tours is Serieux Rose, an absolutely outstanding wine. I can see why the business has a 4.9-star rating on Google Business.

Well worth a visit for sure.
